Alabama Beauty blooms profusely in fall with rosy-red, semidouble flowers. One of the first to flower in fall, this camellia is an excellent screen or hedge.
Water before planting.
Dig hole 2X the width of pot.
Plant 1-2” above ground soil level, backfill hole with soil.
Water and add more soil if needed.
Mulch 1-2” deep around plant, avoiding area closest to stem.
